With all the posts to go through lately on RB, sometimes the good ones get lost in the shuffle. I am reprinting this one from Marty. I put #2 in bold print. To All, Just a few comments... if I may. 1) George, the pleasure is all yours... you do a great job! Posting old news by this character (and his aliases) is, IMO, meaningless at this new stage of TSIG's development and growth, but when he posts overt fraudulent statements then perhaps it is time for some higher powers to step in... and I don't mean you or me. Anyone familar with the RICO act and the view the SEC takes of his kind of antics is familiar with what I'm referring to... and if not they can do a "search". JMO, but I hope he's being paid enough to hire a good attorney. I wonder if someone can earn a living "bashing" away in a "striped suit" in a Federal Jail for ten years? This is all, of course, just my opinion and I certainly wouldn't want to make disparaging remarks about anyone without proof... anymore than I will tolerate "bashers" who make outrageous and fraudulent statements without stating their sources or "proof". Time will tell soon enough, but, I personally won't tolerate anyone messing with my investment. And, BTW, my feelings regarding day-trader or momo-trader "hypers" is the same. TSIG will, IMO, be just fine without the "ad libs" from these characters. 2) Some more DD to share: Don't forget the American Music Awards are on Monday night (I believe). Dick Clark and the National Music Foundation (NMF) are running the show. I contacted Gloria Pennington of NMF and received the following e-mail: ___________________________________________________________ "Thank you for your recent e-mail to Gloria Pennington. She has asked me to respond. This year, like last year, Dick Clark has donated an ad in the program for the AMAs which describes My Music Card; in fact, last year TSIG distributed MusicCards to all those attending the Award show. Dick also mentioned the card from the stage. Regarding national exposure via an on-air ad, this is not with Mr. Clark's control. ABC-TV owns the air-time, which they of course sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. There is also the cost of preparing a spot to be shown, which would fall on TSIG and would be considerable. We will be seeing Mr. Gordon in a few days and we will certainly pass your suggestion on to him. Thank you again for your interest. Tom Heany Director of Programming National Music Foundation" ___________________________________________________________ I spoke with Rob Gordon on Friday regarding this. He left for Los Angeles last night and will be at the awards... and possibly even on stage with Dick Clark. There will be over 1000 people there. Unfortunately, although the MyMusicCard program will be given a "pitch" to those present, it will probably be during a "blackout" period when those multi-hundred thousand dollar ads are being aired. TSIG is not in a position to afford that type of advertising yet, but perhaps next year. But, IMO, the fact that Dick Clark will be pushing the "Card" program again and Rob Gordon will be there for the first time (and probably on stage with Dick Clark) bodes well for TSIG. 3) ztect and Dartinger... your posts recently have been great and as a shareholder I thank you for your input. They are a "must read"! Dartinger... you have posted a great summary for potential new investors. Z... your analysis of TSIG in your recent posts (especially today's), IMO, shows great insight. Thanks again to all. And please don't forget... do your own DD, form your own opinions and make your own decisions. My decision, as most know, has already been made, but that is my personal decision. Best always, Marty
