yep...according to the Fed's valuation model, the S&P is now almost 70% overvalued. we have just experienced one of those rare periods where corporate earnings increase way in excess of GDP growth. now considering that hedonic pricing leads to GDP growth being vastly overstated, it is quite probable that some kind of reversion to the mean will occur at some point.
