Hi Stefan,

From speaking with Gary from Quotes Plus, there is a custom installation for updating only the program files. You do not want to install over your existing databases or you will need the newest historical CD and download the past few days. If you historical CD doesn't read February 26th, 1999, you will need to do the following.

1> On the first screen after you accept the license agreement, you will find the Program Component selection. Make sure all checkboxes are selected and click next.
2> This screen is the data components screen. Make sure daily date files is turned off. If you have changed the sample lists and want to keep them, uncheck 'Sample Lists'
3> Continue the installation as normal.

I believe this procedure is correct, anyone second this?

Regards,

Mark

Stefan,

The new CD will overwrite what you already have on your drive, leaving you with something like only 2 years history. If you want more, you'll need the data CD. If you don't have it, call them for a replacement.

I'm pretty sure what I've just told you is correct.
