I don't think that is correct. I think the upgrade from Judge Jackson will be made available by the DC Court of Appeals. Sorry, but I don't have the release date, yet.

Judge Thomas FeltPen Jackson has already ruled that Microsoft will be selling Windows 2000 too cheaply so it harms competitors, while simultaneously it is too expensive because Microsoft is charging monopoly prices.
