Data From company home page Nonconsolidated Partner Companies ISC has partnership arrangements with more than 10 companies, ranging from small equity positions in start-up companies to the largest shareholder in a $40+ million revenue company. A sample of ISC's partner companies includes: PaySys International - ISC owns approximately 30 percent (fully diluted) of the equity of PaySys International, a private company. PaySys is the world leader in providing software systems for processing credit transactions. It is expected that PaySys will raise additional capital in the next year through a private or public transaction, or both, which would reduce ISC's ownership percentage or ISC could sell some of its shares in a public or private sale. Because ISC has recorded its pro rata share of PaySys' historical losses, its investment is recorded as zero on the balance sheet and the substantial increase in value will not be evident until some future liquidity event. Visibility, Inc. - ISC is a co-investor with Oak Investment Partners in Visibility, a software company that markets engineer-to-order software. ISC owns approximately 34 percent of Visibility.
