CS was helpful right up to the point of getting authorization to resolve anything. Support was helpful in instructing me to re-install the OS and to tell me that Micron has specific conflict with the AOL client. Yet another time, when someone else called Micron support for one of several other problems, the Micron support Tech actually suggested that she install Linux (which wouldn't be such a bad idea if it weren't for the want of an AOL client on her part). Overall, it's been the most bug ridden computer I've ever dealt with (by far).

Maybe it was just a bad series for them. Whatever, they didn't seem to have a problem with leaving a customer high and dry with something that wasn't right.
