I don't know what your problem could be, but I followed denni's directions and had a super connection at 8pm Pacific Time.

Thanks denni for the URL!...humble carl

======================

Hi Jim,
3 people I know received this same error (for a different corporate video whose link was certain to be accurate). I told them to open their browser first, and then launch the player. All said this fixed the problem for them. However, a fourth person came along and said it didn't fix it for her. So, I told her to download the latest player & browser to ensure all systems were up to date and compatible. She said the download fixed it. Try these two things. And, if this doesn't fix it, then download the competing player. Let me know how it goes.

Edit:

I clicked on the URL (which I should have done before posting this) and it reported, "File Not Found...
We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found. Either the page has moved or no longer exists. To locate the content you are looking"

That's an easy fix. You just need the correct URL. However, if you do run into the same problem, just launch your browser before launching the player.

Edit #2: I'm reading posts out of order, so if you've fixed this already, please excuse my post.
