David, I've never heard of FIBER , might not mean a whole lot but I would think that I might have heard of it before. Again, see, you are not providing any details. Who desigend this indicator? What group? Where are they located? What are their indicators? You seem sold on it to the extent that you would be able to discuss it with a few more details.
