I'm not sure if this one would fit into your ratio formula or not .. however, I find it interesting .. mediaone.com This is the one that I'm currently "waiting for gado" on re cable modem .. Last time I called the co on the topic, the lady told me about how wonderful the local phone service was that she was able to use at home through them. At times, I had thought about the lock that local phone co.'s had on their customers and what would be required to overcome the effective monopoly they had over their customers. Then I woke up and discovered that the lines were already in place to do the job .. old and new media and the competition to provide local phone service .. over preexisting lines. could be a mover ..
