You're a weirdo.

Folks, I'm leaving this thread for awhile. Not lurking either. If the thread regains some civility, I'll be back.

"Please advise whether you wish to settle out of court and save yourself some legal costs."

You sound like a 5 year old kid. Why don't you go to "the porch" to fight there if you have guts?

Maurice, you continue to misunderstand momentum swings in price movement

you ask me to test the principles out
on at least 5-6 occasions since April, my TA targets were reached via momentum swings... I refer to Cup&Handle patterns... the momentum is realized in the course of 2-5 weeks... for instance, in late September we went from 190's down to 160's, then lingered as it attempted to regain its balance upon change of direction... the momentum down turned into momentum up... I refer to only a few weeks here

the Cup&Handle pattern is probably the singlemost reliable and predictable pattern of shorterm price movement... perhaps we define "momentum" differently... thousands of traders profit from it constantly, including me

hint: you can see the momentum only if you open your eyes

/ Jim

Maurice you are a giant. Your commentary is so witty and insightful that it is almost laughable to read the pitiful responses to your thoughts. As an editor, I have seen many pieces written over the years that try to crystallize major ideas into coherent paragraphs, only to fail in the end because of a lack of intellect or experience. You take both and bring them together like an art. As a writer, I aspire to attain the talents you have demonstrated here.

This cyber space medium has allowed the expression of talent like yours on an unprecedented level. Anyone on the planet can come here and click on your commentary. The only sad thing is that only those who frequent stock boards will have the chance to experience it.

If you are interested in any publication efforts on a regular basis, we can talk about it PM.

Maurice, it is an honor not only to know you on a personal basis, but to say so publicly here. You are indeed one of a kind.

Godspeed my friend,
Rick

Great post Maurice,
you articulate what many LTBH QCOMmers feel.
The "Great Silent Majority" to quote America's beloved Richard Nixon.

all the best

If it (a stock or futures contract) looks like it is going up, it will go up again tomorrow, unless it does not.

Jon.
