richard,great dd work on your part.makes sense to me and i feel a lot better thanks to your GREAT post.pete said that he had trouble ordering through the site so i promised him and now this thread that i will order something for my wife should they have this valentines special or not.it only makes a lot of sense that they will have this sale.of course

Where are you finding the company filing? I looked at Edgar at didn't see anything recently just early 1999. Could you please post the URL where you found the debenture. I had posted earlier saying there had to be some dilution with all the volume. How could the company IR not know about the debenture? Just curious. Thanks.
