Talk about having your cake and eating it too! Internet
Capital Group, the second best performing IPO in 1999
with a split-adjusted return of 2,733% is moving into
unchartered with a few new IPOs that are scheduled to
debut in the near-term. Slated for a January debut,
eMerge Interactive, a Fla.-based firm that offers live
cattle sales and auctions, in addition to news and
information on the industry.

(For the record, the other ICGE holding in registration
for an IPO is Oniva.com.)

eMerge Interactive, through a rather unusual underwriting
syndicate of Adams, Harkness & Hill, First Union
Securities and FAC Equities plan to sell eight million
shares at a range of $10-$12, whereby raising $88
million, if measured by the mid-point of talk. Incidentally,
ICGE holds a pre- offering stake of 31%.
