That sounds really weird. Maybe you should start the process all over. But wait, they already took your money. You're screwed.

I downloaded RealPlayerPlus7 a few days ago after paying 29.95. It still doesn't work. The high tech superhighway still has potholes and rocks in the road.

Richard

Sorry you are having problems; I have subscribed for quite a while, but did not have access for some reason when the web site first appeared. I can't remember the specifics but as I do recall my email address was authorized as an interim id to gain access until their next round of GLN number updates were made. That's about all I remember but do know I used that email address for access for a while and the whole issue was resolved promptly. Maybe you could Send an email to them and request same. Good luck

Try your email address plus your zip code(5 digits only) all together no spaces(example jjohnson@aol.com12345). If not tomorrow call Gilders 888 subscriber # which is 888-647-7304.
Hope that helps.

Re. accessing GTR. When I subscribed recently by phone, I found out that I could be given a temporary ID to access the reports. I was given that ID via email in a matter of minutes.

I'm STILL using the temporary ID to successfully access the reports because I haven't received my first report in the mail yet, and it's been 5 weeks.

So you might try contacting customer support to get a temporary ID for yourself. Otherwise, it could be a long wait!

from the FAQ file when you log in with wrong password:

"I am a new subscriber, and am unable to login to
the Subscriber Area with my assigned User ID. How
can I access the reports online?

Our online User ID database is updated on a
monthly basis. Therefore, if you subscribe between
updates, your User ID will not be entered into our
system until our next update. In the interim, our
Webmaster can assign you a temporary User ID if
you email your GLN number along with your
request."

it is as simple as it sounds, but takes a business day or two...
