According to Goldman Sachs 16 to 17 States in the USA have power costs above what Plug can generate electricity at. See the Albany Times Union report, also you can read the article and look for the good stuff if you are long and a believer or the negative things if a short. I am a long and look at the positive while acknowledging the negative, needing more capital in 2 years for growth is a good thing, having GE's industrial labs to help is a good thing, having Walter Robb the ex head of GE's labs as a board member is a good thing, as is having Goldman and Merrill as Investment Bankers. All in all much more positive than negative.
