Ken,

Forgot to mention... from your post to Suzanne:

<...EXDS's acquistion (sic) of Cohesive,,(sic) obviously this was a topnotch company,,(sic) which TSIG did not capitolize (sic) on when it could have via their services.>

Wrong, Ken!! Cohesive was hired for and did the MyMusicCard website... so if you don't like it then blame Cohesive (or should I now say EXDS)?

Best always,

Marty

DDS Marty.....

Found the answer for myself to the question I posed to Ditch aka Ken.

Hancock's '99 compensation was as follows:

Salary of $156,000 (at a tax rate of 39%) as Ditch reported,
PLUS exercised options through 12/15
of another $1,500,000 (at a tax rate most likely of 20%)

So Hancock's '99 compensation was $1,656,000

The Executive VP of Worldwide Sales Sam Mohamad' s '99 compensation was also considerable: $387,000 salary and $1,800,000 in exercised options.

Significance of this?

Just a demonstration of purposeful omission.

Sincerely,

z
