Guy, yes JDSU funds everything from current earnings and cash on hand. Also when JDSU increases its float of shares they are going from the
current 600 million authorized shares to 3 billion shares. My thinking is that the company is providing for the current 2:1 split and a potential second
2:1 split at a future date. This leaves 600 million shares for other purposes. My guess is this will be used for KK's M&A group. Imo the area that
will start feeling the effect of increased rates are the companies that the LU's and NT's supply to...telecom providers...One must also factor in that
demand for bandwidth from telecom providers is projected to be very strong for the foreseeable future. Thus even if interest rate increase, telecom
providers have no choice but to finance at higher interest rates to satisfy the end users demand.

Regards
Glenn
