We have an invisible fence, too. I am not sure if Lizzie thinks the flags zap her, she seems to push the limit and get as close as she can to the wire until her collar starts buzzing - sometimes she'll just sit there with the collar buzzing, as it doesn't zap until she gets closer. She is a smart dog. But I will try to move some flags around the grape arbor and see what happens, and report back.

Today I bought some fruit trees from a local nursery, two Belle of Georgia peach trees, and two cherries, one Montmorency, one Stella. Five gallon pots, tall trees, at least 6 ft. tall. Much more expensive ($60 U.S. each) than in the catalogues, but also much larger. This may explain why when I read internet reviews of nurseries sometimes the consumers express disappointment with the size of the trees. I think you can't get big trees by mail order.
