mozerd...the little guys don't really matter and their amount of shares don't do any damage by calling in the certs. if i make a borrow from my broker who gets it from a mutual or pension fund the fund will receive a small fee for the borrow and it usually means there'll be no call in. since the largest holders are usually the funds logic will tell you how much power the everyday investor has in creating buyins.
