I don't really know...they now qualify on price and revenue and assets and I think most of the filings are finished...but it seems dumb/confusing that they just filed for a Cdn issue...to ensure a great US reception you usually do an issue at the same time...getting your US dealers to promote and sell your company's merits as you move on to the NASDAQ board....the Cdn issue seems crazy unless something is really imminent...not the NASDAQ listing but maybe a takeover bid for some other company...???
