Do you or family know of a dish called padie hah. or padah, hah. it may not be spelled that way yet it sounds like that when spoken.

Made with potatoes and served with sour cream. eaten cold.

We have been looking for someone who knows how to make this great dish for years. We had it a long time back and could never find how it was made. If not thanks anyway.
