UF and all : To make sure I do not misinterpret about what "Stockwinners.com" say about QCOM from my previous post, I am copying some of its description here:

"
Fundamentals : Over the past 12 months, the firm earned 60 cents per share. Based on next year's earnings, the company's P/E ratio is 79.3. It's P/E to growth ratio of 1.51 compares favorably with the Telecomm Equipment Industry average of 4.78. Experts estimate QUALCOMM's five-year sales growth rate at70.71 percent, 2.33 times greater than the Telecomm Industry average. One can conclude the following from these two statistics: If the average telecomm equipment stock is fairly valued, Qualcomm is undervalued. ... Analysts rank Qualcomm 74 of 139 companies in the Telecomm Equipment Industry. As of December 8th, 41.5 million shares had been sold short. The short ratio was 2.02. ...

Technical Discussion: The stock last traded at 140 7/16. ... The MACD (Figure 4) and Stochastics (Figure 5) are turning up. The CCI (Figure 3) and Wilder Relative Strength (Figure 6) have stabilized and are poised for an upward move......

Due to the high volatility of QUALCOMM shares, we have a lenient stop-loss of $117. Our short term target (30 days) is $156. Our one year target is $300. In the near-term, QCOM may make a downward move toward its 30-day MA of $135. We would view such a move as a buying opportunity.
"

This is not a recommendation of any sorts for QUALCOMM. I am merely trying to point out that there can and probably always be different readings on the same technical chart from different people.
