Two reservations I have two reservations about this fund: 1. The portfolio's high turnover rate: the fund normally trades about $5 - $8 million per day (during my sample period) with total assets of only about $32 million. Doesn't the SEC set a limit on the churning rate of a public fund? 2. Its message board is discriminatory. If the posted message does not agree with the management's thinking, the message is deleted.
