Dear MSFTfan,

Interesting possibility though would be the INITIATION of a Class-Action against the doj on behalf of MSFT shareholders.

Press coverage should be terrific!
There WOULD be a ground swell of PUBLIC SUPPORT against the doj and their mis-guided efforts.

Some good SPIN artists could really whoop this up.

I think the DOJ is just trying to manipulate the Microsoft's stock price . Just look at the timing !!!
