Well said, Dale.

I am sure if I violated these rules, JD or Big Jim or JSB would have come out to remind me. Maybe I should just try it for fun, LOL.

Seriously, I like to hang out here. It is just a nice corner bar you can come and go anytime and pick up damn good ideas and friend.....Ooops.

Dale....well on that nice invitation I would like to offer a nice position stock going into tax time......OPAY

OPAY has secured the contract from the Federal Gov't (yes that gov't) to collect taxes by credit card from any taxpayer that would care to use it......

OPAY's...1-800 number has been included in the 140 million tax return forms the IRS has sent out....

OPAY has exclusive agreements with AMEX, M/C, & DISCOVER to to collect and charge the tax bill

OPAY in 1999 issued a pilot program on the federal level that met with huge success and prompted the IRS to go whole hog into the process

OPAY, in addition to the federal collection process, also has exlusive agreements, with the states of New York, Conn, Oklahoma, Ill, and a few others in addition to many, many county numicipalities.....

OPAY *is* the 800 lb gorilla, the only other competition (if that what you call them) is EGOV, however, EGOV is really a website designer and hoster for state, county, and city agencies.....and a small, and I do mean small, portion of what they do is tax collection......

OPAY the key is the IRS and the federal level in which they operate......

Dale & thread....this is a nice play (IMO) heading into tax time....when we were bleeding red at the beginning of the year OPAY maintained a nice support level of $39/$40 a share...I added more here....

Another thing, of course this early nobody is talking about any *tax play* companies......still way to early....but history will repeat itself and the media will pick up on this one.....
