That should make him a DSSB then. I find it quite funny that when the 10sb looks at them in the face, they still want to deny it. FG do bashers know when to ever give up their evil ways?

Please explain to me, then, why GONT initially filed its financials back in October, but was not approved until last week? There goes your theory.

And that of course, was only because they "piggybacked" in via a reverse merger. They were about to go pink (over three months after the original filing).

I said nothing about a company having to keep filing to remain compliant (of course they do), but if the SEC "hasn't finished commenting" in time, a company gets kicked to the pink sheets, something you conveniently forgot to mention.

I don't know of any pink sheet companies trading at $13, but I am sure your "secret society" over at the SEC could let me know if there are.

Just asking you to remember who you talked to. Is it that difficult? If you could back up your bizarre claim (which flies in the face of SEC regulations), then I might believe it had just a little validity.

Any SEC officer involved in securities.... ummmm.... wouldn't that be all of them?
