Drake..what about the old idea that two splits within a year tends to be ultimately bearish...isn't this an old dictum???

Drake, What I referring to was the fact that sometimes they don't have authorization to do a 4:1 at the time and just opt to do the already approved 2:1 with the idea of splitting again within the year. IE..JDSU

ps--What ever happened to DUKE? (ERTH days)
