Carl: Thank you very much. So it really boils down to how well this InP substrate lends itself to manufacturing engineering in determining whether or not this TRW thing becomes a commercially viable process. It seemed that the quantum speed leap achieved here would make it more than worth while for folks to try and develop a process. I understand TRW is going to demo a tera soon. JFD
