RE:DELL/IBM-Makes a lot of sense to NOT merge.Instead have an arm's length business relationship,IMO.Investors bought AOL for it's entreprenural spirit and position in the new IT world ,(same with DELL),-To merge apples and oranges you just may get a lemon -like the AOL/TWX deal.IMO Levin "put the pants on Case".I believe you may well see a class action law suit brought against the companies on behalf of institutional holders.You heard it here ,from me on this point, -FIRST!wbm-------DELL would drop,"2 and 2 makes four"-you put a 71 times earnings and a 28.3 times multiple and -well you understand -possibly another--AOL/TWX fiasco!
