I found several reports on your error message: "Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again," from the MS Knowledge Base (publicly available through the MS website). RE: "I can run the real radio media fine" Was this RealAudio only? Or, were you able to use both RealAudio and RealVideo fine? (i.e. RealPlayer with Video too, not just Audio?) RE: "I get this when I try to run the windows media. I have an e mail in to dell techs, dell talk thread too, nobody seems to know though." You aren't the only one...I've heard of several instances of this error message. Dell should have been able to find this. I did. It was easy. RE: "When it fails, even the msft help are says in doesn't recognize Error=C00D002B." There are several different Error Codes which match against, "Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again." however, currently there are no reported C00D002B Errors. Are you sure it was a "B" and not a "9"? The closest one which fits your number is an Error=C00D0029, "Cannot Open. Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again." C00D0029 can occur when either a) the website is too busy to handle the load, b) one of the components are dropping (or claims to drop) the connection. I'll PM you. Amy J
