I would not take that wager. Golfers have almost a fetish for equipment. Its kind of nice as I have one of those Golf Digest top 100 stores near me. I can usually get the latest equipment in like new condition after someone buys and discovers its has no magic.

I think they will be on the shelves in no time.

As for Zinger, he was due for win. I will give him the big credit when he plays against the full field, which means, ah, Tiger. <g>

I bet a bunch of those guys from 25-131 in the rankings are just as happy as can be when the Tiger can't make it that week. Means they have a chance. <vbg>

This year is starting off too be one of legend. The battle at the Mercedes followed by Azinger back on the throne. Man, if it gets any better......

As for the long putter I believe it could move into the market and find its niche. I have practiced with a similar putter and the results were good. I did not put it in bag because it was running 150 bucks when I tried it. ;-)
