My, my, my...Coming from someone who has been foul mouthing this stock for months!

May be they were following "some" of your/Ashok's comments instead of following your actions?

Feel sorry for the folks who have left a lot of money on the table or have negative returns by taking your rhetoric to be gospel and not jumping into or, worse yet, shorting AMD.

If they just Watched your money instead of your mouth...

I believe this SEC filing may have been prompted by their accumulation of a 5% (or whatever) holding rather than being representative of an immediate purchase of 7M shares. Someone else on the list probably knows more about when the SEC requires filings of this nature.

The purchases may have all been recent, however, as Freiss isn't listed among the ten largest institutional holders according to Yahoo.
