Jim, with DIR at this level, the risk/reward ratio does look attractive, especially with a big account they got in you <g>. Disclosure: no finders fee for me but I wouldn't mind if you can convince them to send me some. Better still if you can convince them to give me a rebate of some of the 11k commissions I paid them last year, like EGRP gave to Dale and JSB.

For the record, I sold DIR on 11/23 with a 10 pt loss. Since then it has drifted down another 4 points. I got in SWS the next day and it is up 2 points on my books. SWS pays dividends too. Why did I sell DIR? Just got frustrated that day because they did not give me IPO of RMKR and OPAY, simple as that, LOL.

You are right, maybe I should forget about golf and enjoy the city scene instead. I heard a lot about SFO, but not been there yet. I know the China town there is big and I am looking forward to seeing some Chinese new year festive activities there. But playing golf on nice courses in the country is also part of my personal goal now.
