(OTCBB:LTGLE), released the following statement to all shareholders: "Liteglow Industries Inc. is attempting to become a fully reporting company, and as such has filed both a form-10 and an amended form-10 with the SEC. As of this date (January 18, 2000), we are still not in compliance with the SEC standards, and therefore we will probably be delisted and sent to the pink sheets as of January 20, 2000. This does not mean that Liteglow is not continuing in its efforts to be a reporting company.
