That Kinnard has ruled in favor of T, doesn't make "Open Access" any less of a sticky gooey mess.

In this world, a company in the limelight can be fired upon by any number of "me too" players. The fact that they are not hit doesn't save them from dodging and weaving the next bullet. As a potential ally, you have to ask yourself... do you love them enough to take a bullet for them ?
