Before you can answer that question, I think you need to see how other companies in the same industry are trading relative to their book value. Look into these companies:

Hollywood Entertainment (HLYW)
Movie Gallery Inc. (MOVI)
Video City, Inc. (VDCT)
Video Update, Inc. (VUPD, VUPDA)
West Coast Entertainment (WCEC)
