Here is another great log for the fire -NBL is going to start drilling on the little Legend property. For those that don't know why that is good -look at a map of the legend property - the little square in the middle of it is little legend. MEO is all around.

Mr. Larry Kryska reports
The company has closed the flow-through offering reported in Stockwatch Oct. 25, 1999, and Nov. 26, 1999. The company has sold a total of two million units at a price of 20 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $400,000 before the exercise of any warrants. The units of the placement will consist of one common flow-through share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each two of such warrants will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 20 cents per share over a period of one year. If the warrants are subsequently exercised, the company will receive additional gross proceeds of $200,000. The net proceeds will be used by the company for exploration work on its Alberta properties, including the Pelican Mountain and LIttle Legend properties.
