CSY just blew threw the 52 week high on a couple of orders. Offers filling in slowly... weak on the offer. In at $1.25, 1.31, 1.41, 1.46. 6.6 mill shares out and insiders own 1/3. Year end due out on Feb 21 and should show revenue $16-17 mill (up 100%), earnings .09-.11. They make cards and chips for GPS. Golden Cap. has a $4 price target. Interesting little stock.
