Bill, Your charts have a lot of information on them....they are food for thought. The markets may pull back some in here....I think you're right! But I'm looking for an extended period of tough sledding unless the RUT and the VLE continue improving. If that is the case then rotation is taking place, as others have mentioned and the overall effect may be very healthy and bullish for the market as a whole. Currencies balances are a key.... a lower dollar or strengthening economic conditions around the world are more important then ever. I believe the markets are at another one of those pivot points again. My Best, Chip
