Some other sector (biotech, e-tailing, construction, health care) may get hot and offer superior short term returns to our game. Now, now, UF, nice try at tempering expectations, but you know very well that biotech had its run in the 70s/80s and needs tons of cash, e-tailing is about how much money can you lose, construction is gonna get killed by interest rates, and health care is under the gummint's thumb. So I say for 00 it's G&Ks all over again!
