Yes, we are in a bull market....for everything but the internet sector. The internet sector is in a bear confirmed status and is not showing any signs of strengthening.

However, a target of the BSL on the 5pt chart may be a bit excessive.

I'll start accumulating at around 100. Feb is generally pretty awful, and if it is, I might pick up some more at 80ish with 100% margin.
