Interesing way of looking at it. I still have a hard time factoring in future tax penalties in order to figure out current plays, especially since I don't know how well options will do in any given period.

I don't think COMS will drop 20 points after spinning off IPO simply because they have not run up a lot.

My concern is however that the COMS holders will not get a very good deal/trade-in so to speak
