The vote does not create automatic conversion. It just allows a certain non-convertible group of Preferred to be converted, at the holder's option.. The Proxy is extremely clear on this. Conversion rights will continue for years.

That I dont know and they wouldnt give me anymore info when I asked about the Feb meeting...but I have the idea of a reverse split to help get the number of shares down and the price up..but that is my idea only...not sure what the company has in mind...
