Investment in small caps and IR of small caps have changed a lot in last three years... The fact that IVI mangement does not understand it and do not have a dedicated IR person is puzzling. Perhaps they are hoping that as the numbers get better and new products are ready to ship, they will turn on the news and IR activities.. At least that is my thinking since they used to be a bit more proactive.. They don't have much institutional following at this time and that is one reason they can get away with it...
