Beach: The filing was made public prior to the spike on Friday, and my guess is the filing is a non issue. The cancellation of the cpq contract was long ago discounted. This is purely an accounting issue relative to that cancellation.

While not accessible it was discussed in a post on this thread earlier in the day or over the weekend. Based on my read of that post (being a long-term holder) I viewed it as a non-issue.

Beach, how can you read "negative" into a story that you have not read??? For all you know, the $38 million that we are supposed to get from CPQ was a low number and $58 million is more like it!!! CS may have to restate earnings HIGHER!!! I don't see anything negative in the article posted. Just because the word "accounting" is mentioned is not always bad.
