No reason for it to tank today -- that release was dated Thursday the 13th. Hope you're right about the technicals. If management can move expeditiously to liquidate, the shares will be worth significantly more than they are today. If they dick around for a year, that's another story.

IMO, that was a positive first step to lighten the litigation anchor on MEL. If they can avoid a class action by MEL shareholders as well, MEL will be out of the woods.
(provided energy prices hold).
