I agree completely on the revenue impact - or lack thereof. Probably the BIOS change needed conflicted with a planned product cycle or something like that, and they just decided to wait until the normal cycle completed. Stuff like that happens all the time and they have known the dates for months... No sense in performing an unnatural act for a handful of sales. I would expect the position would be "just buy it now with NT4, get the upgrade free down the road" which would work fine for existing customers.
