As much as I appreciate Lindy mentioning that I'll be a speaker at the luncheon following Q's annual meeting, I won't be attending. Though I'm sure some on the East Coast will make the long trek to San Diego, it's not in the cards for me. I encourage everyone and anyone so inclined to join the gang; don't be influenced by my decision.

Since I was invited publicly to speak, and since I know exactly what I would want to say, I will PM both Bill and Frank the text of my message. They can fight over who gets to read it. :)

<<Hang around and contribute. I think Chaz (Sir Thucydidies) has a few projects that haven't been taken yet.>>

The thought had crossed my mind. Fibre Channel is an area I considered, but it did not seem to me to be pongid territory. Others think it is. Maybe I'll let the SEALS secure the beaches and go in with the Marines.
