Keith, you will have three sets of numbers reported after the close: i) primary EPS, fully diluted, after charges for the sale and other non-recurring items; ii) EPS fully diluted without giving effect to the charges and other non-recurring items; and iii) pro forma EPS--i.e., earnings as if the handset division had been sold, without charges relating thereto, plus other non-recurring items. No, I'm not following you around the boards <g>, just worked out that way. Best, Steve
