I don't recall seeing this in the 10Q from 3Q99. I consider this vendor financing: 6. Long-Term Investments In July 1999, the Company made a minority investment in @Link Communications, a Wisconsin-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) which provides xDSL-based data communications networking services for businesses, internet service providers and network integrators. The Company purchased 3,874,416 shares of @Link?s Series A Convertible Preferred Stock for an aggregate of $833,000. pairgain.com
