I just finished reading AHIC's recent 10K . . . very interesting reading. I see the Company will be filing their Plan by Feb. 15. The 10K talked a little about their Plan and it sounded very good, but it didn't say anything about how their Plan will treat shareholders, so I am assuming that shareholders will remain unaffected by the Plan. Can you confirm if this is a correct assumption?
